So why have I set up his blog?

A good question without a fully formed answer as yet.

My hope is that with this blog, along with twitter, flickr, delicious and other tools, I can create a Personal Learning Network (PLN) that both helps me to become a more effective educator and provides links to people and resources that others may find useful.

To begin, following advice I found on Sue Waters’ PLN Yourself wiki, I will blog my first tentative steps in creating my own PLN with my next post saying a little about twitter.
